Datacenter Information

The datacenter is staffed 24/7/365 by highly trained and certified personnel to perform any related tasks. ONLY authorized personnel is permitted within the premise of the NOC (Network Operation Center) to ensure everything is running smoothly and securly.

The datacenter's power is backed by industrial UPS (Uninterruptable Power Supply) and PDU (Power Distribution Unit). The backup generators can provide up to 80 hours of uninterrupted power.

Multiple fiber optic pipes are in place at the datacenter to provide redunant network links from your server to the world wide web. Connectivity transits include XO Comm, Cogent, Global Crossing and PCCW.
